GAIL NEUBURG, PRINCIPAL BROKER
Gail Neuburg has been associated with Tilbury, Ferguson & Neuburg, Inc. since 1992. She has wide ranging experience in real estate including development, financial analysis, market assessment, and sales and marketing. Prior to her real estate career, she was Director of Marketing and Sales for a $5 billion multi-company utility and was a principal in an international electronics market research firm with clients such as Intel and Apple.  Gail has both a BA in Public Administration and a M Ed. from the University of Oregon.  She is currently Secretary of the Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Portland.  Gail is currently licensed in Oregon and Washington.

STEPHANIE FUHRMAN, PRINCIPAL BROKER
Stephanie Fuhrman joined Tilbury, Ferguson & Neuburg, Inc. in 2003.  She has an extensive finance and marketing background in software and services.  Before moving to real estate, Stephanie was Vice President of a Fast 500 privately held software company and has managed worldwide strategic marketing (Strategic Alliances and Pricing & Packaging) for Mentor Graphics.  Stephanie holds a BS in Business Administration from Washington State University with an emphasis in Finance.  She is currently Vice Chair on the Ambassador Board for Dove Lewis Emergency Animal Hospital.  Stephanie is currently licensed in Oregon and Washington.
